Participants can request a password reset link at the contest site. However, occasionally you may have a participant reach out to you that says they either didn't receive a password reset email in their inbox, or if they did, the links in the email do not work. You may have entrants contact you because they inadvertently uploaded the wrong photo to their entry, or perhaps their photo violates your rules. Contest Admins can easily upload a new photo to an entry by following these steps.
